Your private chef dinner is designed for groups of up to 10 guests and includes:
One passed appetizer upon guest arrival
One stationary appetizer display
A three-course dinner
Choice of plated service or family-style presentation
A composed dessert course
Coffee service to conclude the evening
Professional wait staff for seamless service
Full kitchen and dining area clean-up
Investment: $100 per person

Booking Process
1. Submit Your Inquiry
Complete the booking form with your preferred date, guest count, and any initial details about your event.
2. Secure Your Date
A deposit will be collected at the time of submission to provisionally reserve your requested date.
This deposit is fully refundable if we determine the experience is not the right fit or you choose not to move forward after consultation.
The deposit will be applied toward your final balance once your event is confirmed.
3. Personalized Consultation
Following your inquiry, you will be contacted to schedule a brief consultation. During this conversation, we will refine:
Menu preferences and dietary considerations
Service style (plated or family-style)
Event flow and timing
Any special requests or enhancements
4. Final Proposal & Confirmation
You will receive a customized experience outline and final pricing confirmation. Once approved, your event will be formally secured.

Alcohol Service
The Carolina Table does not provide alcohol. However, we are happy to serve client-provided beverages as part of your dining experience.
