The Arrival Dinner by The Carolina Table is a thoughtfully curated, in-home dining experience created to allow you and your guests to settle in, unwind, and enjoy a beautifully prepared meal without lifting a finger. Each menu is tailored to your preferences, dietary needs, and the tone of your stay, ensuring a seamless and personal experience from the moment you arrive.
This experience is designed for groups of up to 10 guests and is served family-style, creating a relaxed yet refined atmosphere around the table.

The Experience
From the moment you arrive, your space will be transformed into a warm, inviting dining environment. Your meal will be prepared on-site and presented with intention, allowing you and your guests to relax and enjoy a restaurant-quality experience in the comfort of your home or vacation property.

Booking Process
1. Submit Your Request
Complete the booking form with your preferred date, guest count (up to 10 guests), and any initial details you would like us to consider, including dietary preferences, allergies, or general menu direction.
2. Secure Your Date
A deposit will be collected at the time of submission to provisionally reserve your requested date.
This deposit is fully refundable if we determine the experience is not the right fit or you choose not to move forward after consultation.
The deposit will be applied toward your final balance once your event is confirmed.
3. Personalized Consultation
Once your request is received, it will be personally reviewed. You will be contacted directly to confirm availability and ensure alignment with your requested experience.
4. Final Proposal & Confirmation
You will receive a customized experience outline and final pricing confirmation. Once approved, your dinner will be formally secured.

While the above reflects a signature offering, every dinner is ultimately tailored to you. Our goal is to create an experience that feels intentional, seamless, and distinctly yours.

The Carolina Table does not provide alcohol.
